> **Pros**: The value for money is excellent. In fact, I received a system that cost me the same as a single employee, and I expect to save the equivalent of at least 4 employees. The savings will come mainly from very high transparency for managers of data from the production floor, and work processes that managers receive ONLINE alerts about in case of any malfunction beyond the established index. The ease of use is very high, I have employees who "type with one finger" and they very quickly understood how to operate the system and the various screens. The production process has transformed from a "black hole of data" to transparent information that can then be managed clearly.

> **Cons**: Honestly, I don't have "anything I don't like." The only downside I can think of is that my factory is very different from a typical MATICS customer. However, since they adapted very quickly and to a very high level to my needs, that's not really a downside.

> My impression is of professionalism and cooperation at a very high level. It is clear that they were more careful about proper work processes and my satisfaction, than whether to charge an hour more or less. And that is amazing. They understood the processes I talked about very quickly, and knew how to give me advice and tips in the right places. When I said that something was important to me, they sat down with me and found a way to give me the bottom line I needed, even if the path was slightly different and involved developments and work on their part. It is clear that they are thinking with me to the long term.
