It's important to note here that these areas are also very customizable and, for most use cases, are likely completely fine. However, we were replacing an existing experience where the presentation of providers, and their detailed profile, was all custom developed and fit into our existing site design perfectly. However, the default experience is still quite good, just wasn't what we needed. This was okay because we decided to leverage their extensive API for keeping our custom presentation while still using the plugin for calendar, scheduling, appointment management, and all of the other excellent features. > > Implementation was quick and easy.
