We are just finishing up the final touches on customizing our needs and the set-up team has been so easy to work with. The do have somewhat limited availability, but it hasn't been too much of a problem. It does take a pretty involved process to really get everything how you want it, but once its up and running it have been so much easier than our previous case management system.
