> **Cons**: I don't like that the site has its own mailbox. There's a messaging tool that can be used to ping/talk with other members of a health team, but the messages can only be read after logging into the site, not through an email client.

> Checking my and my team's progress on health, de-stress, nutrition, and wellness goals has been made so easy through this software. I wasn't able to find another low-cost website like it online that actually promotes team and individualized health and growth.
