> **Pros**: It was a simply designed to do exactly what we needed - not less - and not a lot of extras to cause confusion.  The developer has been totally responsive to our requests and any suggestions that we have made.  It's constantly improving\!

> **Cons**: It is slow and burdensome when I just need to run through the list to check on a particular entry, ie, are all the emails turned on, check phone numbers, etc.?  Because it takes time to click each one.  Ideally, an administrator should be able to see all at once.

> We only operate during tax season and cost has to be minimized.  We are an all-volunteer organization with funding by a grant.  It's been very helpful to activate inexpensively for our season\!

> **Cons**: I don’t have any cons but I think they are workin. On an auto-fill feature that would be cool. Or an app would also be nice.
