> **Pros**: flexibility of the software and quick response of the support team are most appreciated from my point of view and line of work

> **Cons**: i am still confused about the data categorization when it comes to information about clients and data exports give me a hard time when I need to process them :) 
but to be constructive, all I can say is, that data export to excel sheet is sometimes slow.
