As I mentioned in the PROS, there is nothing good about this software. Constant problems with the App and Billing. > > Horrible experience. They obviously have gotten too big for their own good. We've been with them since before they had their app and instead were using zapier. They had issues back then and they have even more issues now. Billing was constantly off. We paid for gift card inserts, and they sent hundreds of cards without them at one point. Last nail in the coffin was when they were going to make a fix to not include our eBay sales. We never heard from them and instead they just paused our campaign completely, when they were never told to do so. We reached out and we were told it was their mistake, but then we found another billing error. At that point they were supposed to reach back out to us once billing was fixed and give us a credit. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] never reached out again, this was now the second time of no follow-up. We've dealt with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]as well as others, and it's always the same. They don't care about the customer at all.
