> **Pros**: At first there were some bumps in the road, but the customer service is outstanding and address any issues right away. I have found that when a problem occurs, it is the product source or my error, not SkuGrid's error. If there is something I need to make inventory control easier, they get right on it. Made a change that saves me a significant amount of time just last week.   I have been able to grow my business because I can trust Skugrid to do their job. A user still needs to find ways to monitor, which is as easy as sorting the grid with your inventory to check for the users errors or a problem with the supplier or a SkuGrid glitch.  I find that they are constantly looking for ways to make using SKU for user friendly and effective. They listen.

> **Cons**: Entering the items into their system one by one. They have listing software, but that is one area of my business I am hesitant to turn over to anyone. So there is an alternative to listing items one by one. SkuGrid has made it simpler recently by adding a short version so if you item meets default criteria, it just takes a minute or so to add your item to Sku.

> It has been very positive. I have no problems with customer service. I have been using the software long enough to identify why an issue occurs, which is not often. For ex. all of my items for a particular supplier went to zero quantity available when the items were in stock.  I sent a help ticket to SKU before checking the suppliers website. The website was down. So SKU could not check pricing or inventory and in that case takes items to zero. This is not an issue that SKU could foresee.  I trust them with this aspect of my business.
