She was always on time to every meeting and emailed us back to answer any questions we had, even on holidays. > **Pros**: The mental health facility I had worked at, was potentially looking at adding on ABA therapy and we look into this software specifically for that purpose. It was an easy to use interface, pretty to look at, okay reporting, and had billing/payroll integrated.

> **Cons**: No app for patients/users, some of the reporting features was lacking, and the scheduling calendar at the time needed improvement.
> 
> It was fine. We had a free trial to see how it would work for us and it didn't work out. It was lacking too much for the cost at the time.

As someone who was terrified of billing, the support and ease of use through the system was seamless and I now have a confidence that I did not expect to have this early on in the game. The report features are also very helpful for viewing things I didn’t even realize I would want to reference. I wished I learned about this years ago but am so glad I checked them out when starting my own company.
