I would say that software is fast. Thats it. Nothing else. But so many unnecessary clicks in the user interface that user gets tired. > > **Cons**: Oh my. Where to begin. Lets start with user interface. The system does NOT import listings from Airbnb so you have to do it manually....\! and its the hardest and tedious thing you have ever done. You are asked to enter the property, and define it (villa, hotel etc), you click a villa, and then you get asked all the unnecessary questions because the software is mostly based around multi-unit. Having had demos with several established app companies, this is by far the WORST. Bugs: System has so many bugs and when you report them they never fix them. For example, on the "properties" section we reported that all of our listings disappeared and the response was "click search"(without entering any search criteria) and they will appear\! They did, but when you change tabs then they vanish again. From the support they tried to convince us thats how is supposed to work (we were using software for 1.5 months and we didnt have the issue before), and proposed to use "open every property in different tab\!". It has so many bugs, that we fed up using it. Support: OMG... you send an email, they respond after 4-5 days. If you have your own website domain, good luck integrating it with Booker-Tools. They will not help you, they also do not have in-house developing team. The onboarding process was a joke... The person hardly spoke any English, didnt have answers and worst part is that when we were spotting the bugs, he was saying "yeah I see the problem. please you send feedback" > > Terrible. They are not professionals. We asked our onboarding fee (150 euros) , they agreed and they never refunded\! They will promise you a lot of things... ask for the free trial period and NOT the demo account. This way you will see how bad the software is. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], when tried to sell the product said that it was available for many years, but after we put some pressure (and made the mistake to pay on board fees) he said its from November 2020\!
