> **Pros**: I love that it's easy to set up and easy for employees to learn how to use. I also love the cute animated stickers that accompany each recognition post and that you can link the posts to your company values.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the values keywords don't work well. Even when you hashtag a value, it registers as another value. Customer service could also be better. The response is often slow and requires follow ups.

> **Pros**: We were looking for an employee rewards program that would be user friendly and sync up with a software we already have. Then I came across Karma Bot and learnt it syncs up with Slack (which is our \#1 means of communication in our organization) and it has been perfect\! The employees have been loving giving their colleagues shoutouts and cashing in their Karma rewards for real life rewards.
