> **Pros**: This software has allowed me to better manage our FMLA claims.  I like that we can set up calendars based on the type of employee (not all employees get the same days off during the year).  I love that we can upload our own documents into the forms library\!  I also love that we can ask a question and have it answered in a timely manner by "experts".

> **Cons**: I would like the ability to note that an employee has deceased (options are limited as to why we have closed the claim).  I would also like to not have to delete a claim in order to correct a spelling of the name (or when the employee has changed their name).  Changing in the master should change in the list.

> I feel we have better control of the FMLA claims that are filed. I can easily see who is on leave, what forms are still needed, etc.  Customer Service has been very helpful when I've had questions.
