> **Pros**: We use Sticktail for every research we do. It's really easy to use and write down the findings. Especially sharing discoveries with the entire organization and all internal and external stakeholders is one of the features we really love. The tagging functionality makes it easy to find stories about the topics you want to learn more about or see if you've ever had a similar question. So never the same study all over again:). 

Great to see they did quite some improvements lately and also their customer support is very prompt and helpful\!

> **Cons**: Sometimes our customers still like to have a PDF file which isn't possible . Also some of our clients would like to have a password protect 'share-link', besides the randomly composed URL. They ensured me both issues are on their backlog though.
