The issue was only addressed after formal escalation to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and State Attorneys General. To close out the matter, their Senior Complaints Management team refused to provide standard corporate identifiers or full names for transparency, explicitly cited Section 5 of their Terms of Service to deflect accountability for hosting unauthorized content, and directed all future correspondence to their agent for service of process (CT Corporation).
