> **Pros**: One of the best things about Chatify is that it offers a built-in team chat that has its own channels, so it ends up being a 2-in-1 tool. The chat widget has a great design and the tool has most features you'd need for live chat support.

> **Cons**: The documentation could be more extensive. The Windows app sometimes crashes and is kind of buggy.

File attachments: I always like file attachments in live chats. If a customer needs to send you a file or you need to send him a file, you can without any issue\!
