> **Pros**: CodeMeet is easy to use, has an elaborate dashboard and can be swiftly set up. The process of hiring is faster as we can get the HR to be in the interview as well, thus taking a call on the candidate's suitability then and there.

> **Cons**: Nothing encountered as of now. Video upload can get to be an issue sometimes, but that's sometimes more to do with internet speed.
> 
> Hiring is a big issue, and while developing software that is where we get stuck if we dont have good developers. To a large extent, that problem is solved as we can speak to more candidates and take a faster decision.
