We use the tools ourself and do not use outsourced consultants so the tool has to really be easy to use and provide constant value, which is does. The ability to do also more complicated stuff ourself saves also a ton of money

Lianatech marketing automation tool provides one of the best analytics in the market. Easy to read, easy to optimize, and real-time updates that we need. 

As we are a subscription-based startup, it is very important that our marketing tool works with synchronization with our CRM tool, and this what Liana Marketing Automation manages to do for us with ease. 
We have a full automation funnel mapped from customer's care to lead generation, so we really use the tool to the maximum. 

What sold us the tool eventually was their great support. We did not have to be "big player" or payer to get sales support, implementation support, or any kind of support, they supported us from day one and they really made us feel valuable.

But the thing that really got us was the Automation. 
This is a huge time saver, and although a few features require explanation from Liana's team, the rest are very pleasant to set up and very easy to use.
