> **Cons**: There have been some recent issues with the fact that if you put an email in the email field, if automatically creates a client profile. We do not want this feature and it continues to be a problem.  We asked for this to be deleted and it has been almost 2 months and this still has not been completed and we are still not able to use the email field bc if we do, it creates a client portal.

> I do love the product more than any other EHR that I have used and tell everyone that it is the best one on the market\!
