> **Pros**: Spiff has been amazing for tracking and calculating commissions. The interface is simple and intuitive once you are up and running and is a gamechanger for tracking commissions and forecasting and goal setting. It makes setting sales team goals much more transparent and less nebulous and allows our organization to easily track commission payouts as well as year end incentives for our other employees.

> **Cons**: The Salesforce integration has a bit of a learning curve, but that is why we have technical people who know how to do that. Once it is integrated, it is very easy to use.
