> **Pros**: Reporting is very useful and provides many different options to run very specific reports. The templates that clinicians can use when writing notes is helpful, as well as the sanfaxing options\! Mobile touch is extremely beneficial to the field clinicians who do not always have the ability to connect to internet while providing care.

> **Cons**: The software can be complicated to use at times. I think this has to do with the specific terminology that they use.

> Customer service is always helpful when I have problems finding something.
