> **Pros**: The product is easy to use and easy to set up. Licensing is the best because it is done per user and not per device. It integrated well with existing business processes, and customization of plug-ins was done for different applications.

> **Cons**: Challenges with the collaboration tool, users often get timeouts, especially when using a poor network connection. User experience is undesirable.
> 
> As with any PAM solution, it is easier for users to locate resources by name or IP and do not have to remember passwords. Spectra helped us with a number of audit queries with its extensive and customizable reports.
