Day in and day out, for years, it has been my reliable, all-in-one platform for managing every aspect of my property.

> **Pros**: They are amazing at selling. Before you buy, they do seem to take care of you and answer questions (some quite dishonestly)

> **Cons**: Customer service is almost non existant.  They believe their chatbot (Bellman they call it) is a good idea (might be for saving money) but it is useless. Talk to a person? On average it will take a week and "they cannot schedule" calls. So just adapt to their times.

> When I was a potential customer, they were on the spot. Once I signed everything  went downhill, as the promised they made were not fullfilled. Website is super limited, customer service is ridiculous.
