Our France team had been on Sales Cookie for four years and loved it, which gave us confidence going into the global rollout. The native Salesforce sync means we are not re-entering data or reconciling between systems. Reps now have real-time access to their commission statements instead of waiting for monthly spreadsheets from Finance, which has built trust and reduced the volume of "where's my commission?" inquiries. The dispute center lets reps submit questions directly in the platform, and we can resolve and track everything in one place. The Customer Support team has been outstanding. The implementation team (\[sensitive content hidden\]) are hands-on throughout the entire build, validation, and launch.
