> Socialstud.io was extremely effective at getting us new followers. WE did have some difficulties with our account being blocked. I am not sure if it was from socialstud.io or not we have brought a lot of influencers and other posts on at same time but when i reached out to Social stud.io they were never able to completely answer all my questions. i think phone support would have helped a lot I could have set up a conference call with my  social media manager and our account manager to figure out a strategy. Without that support i felt like I had to suspend the service

> **Pros**: Set up is very easy. After filling out the initial questions for your target audience and hashtags, you don't need to do much as SocialStud.io takes it from there.

> **Cons**: Your account will be blocked from time to time doing any action (liking photos, comments). Your followers will not grow as fast as advertised.

> Just okay. Followers will grow, but as much as you are lead on to believe. Needing to provide security check in approvals is a pain, especially since you are not notified by SocialStud.io so you need to check if it was them or a hacker. The blocking of actions is really a disappointment.

> **Pros**: I will be honest im not very active on my Instagram so far. But even though I am only just getting started Social Studio has helped me and I have now got 45 followers in just two weeks. I bought the package that advised I would get approx 100 followers a month and this goal feels very realistic and achievable.

> **Cons**: I don't like that I don't know exactly what my manager is doing with my account. I don't know if they are commenting or not. And what kind of followers they are targeting.

> My biggest problem was just getting my Instagram off the ground. I would get about 6 likes per post. Now it's only been two weeks and I'm getting 20 likes and it's keeping me motivated that I can really make this successful.
