> **Pros**: I really liked the level of customisation available in VTEnext.  it is mostly easy to do and a non-developer like me manages well. 

We were able to integrate into the backend of our other survey systems. It was fairly easy to do.

We were also able to design pdf report easily from our records wich helps save a lot of time

> **Cons**: I did not like that the pricing was not open and easily available. I had to email the company to ask for it and I would have licked clear pricing upfront without the need for all the additional comunication. The price of this software should not be an obstacle to using it. 

There are a few buttons that could be translated better but it is not a serious issue more an irratation.
