> **Pros**: I have worked with a lot of software programs and there is no other program that is customizable like Emergency Logs. The program was developed by a retired Fire Captain and so he understands the needs of Fire and EMS Departments and also that each department is different. Customer Support is always available and  any time I have needed a new portal, or a new element or data set within one of the portals one phone call or email to the team at Emergency Logs and they take care of it. Emergency Logs has given us the inventory management and tracking that we were never able to find in any other software program. The software is easy to learn and the customer support team is always available for training. As the coordinator for all of the supplies and medications that go through our ten stations, I needed a program that I could have work the way I needed it to work and Denny and his team at Emergency Logs has given that to me.

> **Pros**: The team at Emergency Logs is extremely responsive and helpful. When an issue comes up, they are quick to correct it. If I have a suggestion for a new feature or a piece of feedback, they are receptive and ready to implement new ideas. On top of this, the team is friendly and cordial, and has it has made managing inventory much easier and more enjoyable in my experience.

Also, the UI is relatively simple and intuitive to work your way through. This is nice especially when having to both manage large inventory catalogs and train new people in that same system.

> **Cons**: Like any software, there are occasional bugs. However, when I do bring up an issue, the support team responds very quickly (at least within a day, but often within the hour). They have been able to solve all the issues we've brought up to them, and they often implement new or better features in addition to solving the problem.

> Overall Emergency Logs is a great software to use. Its UI is easy to navigate and customize, and its load times are generally fast. The support team consistently makes the experience better and easier to use.

> **Pros**: Customer support is huge\!\!\!  Configurations changes provided when needed and in a timely manner... even if it is a 24-hour turnaround due to specialty events.  Team listens to our business requirements and implements the changes.   Ease of use... no training downtime.  Personnel appreciates its value and timesavers from using logbooks to app based tools.

> Supported by a great team that is opened to expand modules to support field staff with management reporting tools.  Customer service has been stellar and better than any product out there.... Works great for smaller agencies as well due to the costing... very affordable.  Changes are done to my application since it is not a SAS or cloud solution.  I don't have to vote and wait for desired changes to be implemented.  There are done quickly..... Great company to work with and cares about pushing out a great product.
