> **Pros**: Honestly not much.  There have been nothing but constant issues since we started with them in January and we're already looking for new software.

> **Cons**: Pretty much all of it.  The data import from our old system when horribly.  Clients got duplicated, phone numbers got deleted, gift cards weren't transferred that still had balances on them.  There are constant issues with the software itself.  It freezes, blocked time randomly disappears, it loads to random days instead of the current day, texts don't send when they're supposed to.  Customer service has done almost nothing to help us.  They don't report their downtime accurately on the status page of their website.  This makes it look like it has 100% up time which it absolutely does not.  Our card terminal randomly shuts itself off and stops working, and then this in turn freezes our entire system.  This software is useless and I would absolutely recommend anyone to look elsewhere for salon software.

> **Pros**: I liked the interface for aura and how user friendly the software is. The learning curve was minimal and the help center was incredibly helpful if i was unsure how to use a feature.

> **Cons**: There is an issue with booking a color service and hc where if you remove the finish while booking, it reappears and you must remove again, but that was my only annoyance.
