EcGrid's approach to the EDI trading model is a game changer, no more getting billed by some arcane model of total characters sent back from the dial-up days. With EcGrid I know it will be one fee for each connection no matter how many files move through that connection per month. This gives us the ability to forecast with greater accuracy the cost of our EDI and provides the way it should be done with the technology we have these days. The ability to create and manage multiple mailboxes and ID's all in a self service portal takes a lot of the complexity out of the process. The ability to quickly find a particular file or files from date ranges or different trading partners and have them resent or find out why they have not been received or sent has taken the guess work out of the process. The Support team at EcGrid is top-notch, they are able to find and resolve issues quickly and will if needed work directly with trading partners to make sure the data is flowing. > > **Cons**: I want to be fair and balanced but I am having a hard time thinking of something I don't like about the system. It is simple, clean and easy to manage EDI.
