It makes my work much easier, especially the coordination with all participants becomes much easier and safer. I can simply move the agenda topics for a meeting and put them in a meaningful order before the meeting. Very helpful is for me the possibility to insert subheadings in the agenda which provides a clear structure of the process in the meeting. Adding and assigning actions during the meeting is super fast and easy, as well. The great impression of the plugin is completed by the simplest creation of a meeting protocol I've ever seen: by clicking a button "create minutes" at the end of the meeting. So, those who didn't attend the meeting get a summary of all captured information immediately after the meeting. So far, these were the absolute highlights for me. But there are more hidden features I didn't make use of, yet, like time scheduling of the agenda items, the integration of video conferencing, cloning of meeting, planning meeting series, and sending invitations by e-mail are probably not all.
