When we signed up for a new plan with Salesforce, they completely botched the set up process, not completing any of the steps that we asked for multiple times before we signed our contracts. I've had good experience with Salesforce customer support before, but every new experience seems to be worse and worse. On top of that, this platform is hard to learn and has quite the learning curve.
