> **Pros**: I have to say that I like several features about this software, for example, if I compare this tool for example with SOLMAN (Solution Manager by SAP) Helppeople is easier to use, I like there are so many filters in the home screen in order to have an accurate searching, and I like the way I can customize my user reports.

> **Cons**: I think that everyting is ok. But in my organization, in order to scale a request to another dependency, we have to create a new order associated whith the original one, instead to use the scale button. The sofware administrators in my organization said they are working in order to put this button in operation.

> **Pros**: Se pudo hacer una implementacion en menos de 3 meses para una entidad como la Alcaldia de Santiago de Cali, que manejaba en su momento mas de 2000 usuarios. El numero de usaurios se incremento, siendo la mesa mas incliyente por su facilidad de uso, la cantidad de solicitudes tambien aumento y esto permitio empezar a registrar lo que realemnte pasa al interior de la entidad, lo que permitio realizar cambios de fondo en la manera como los equipos TI trabajan.

> **Cons**: Aunque el software tiene muchas funcionalidades generales lidiar con las parametrizaciones propias de la Alcaldia ha sido algo dificil, el equipo de desarrollo de help people ha sido algo lento.&#10;El esquema de licenciamiento no fue claro para nosotros desde un principio y nos genero unos costos extras .

> El cambio de software de mesa de ayuda fue muy positivo, los usuarios fueron muy receptivos y la curva de aprendizaje se supero muy rapido, en serio el software es muy sencillo de utilizar y de parametrizar.
