> **Pros**: While I was creating an e-commerce website, I went through multiple platforms which I found confusing and not very user friendly especially for someone who can write their own code.

Using Shopit was the complete opposite of what I had experienced and super user friendly from a technical and non-technical standpoint. Adam and your team were always helpful and will keep you in mind for any future e-commerce sites I end up making 😊.

> **Pros**: I chose shopit because it allowed me to have more than one website - something I wanted so that I could target B2B and B2C users in more appropriate ways. The entry price is also very competitive and the ability to customise is endless. The shopit on boarding team have been very helpful in getting the website setup

> **Cons**: The website design and setup process is not as slick as others, and it does take some time using it to remember the best way about a tasks, however, this is offset by the amount of support the shopit team provide. They’ve always responded to emails and phone calls and the onboarding/setup meetings via zoom/equivalent have been fantastic.
