Get a live person and no unending recordings

> **Pros**: During the time it worked, it was worked well. No complaints to speak of until we had a bot tested our cart and tried testing credit cards.

> **Cons**: Responsiveness and customer support was horrible. Authorize.net triggered and alert and our system locked down the bot. But by then a group of small transaction tests had been identified by xplor. None were approved and none processed, but xplor freaked.

> Our cart system was tested by a bot. Even though Our multi-level defenses worked and nothing got through, Xplor didnt like the fact our site was tested and simply shut down credit card processing. For good\! With no warning, we were out of the credit card business with over a $ 1/4 million of orders in the processsing queque and new orders with no way to accept. Then, they left for the night. The next morning we were connect to an outsourced "fraud specialist" working out of his house. it was like talking to a wall. He couldnt offer a sound reason other than they felt the site might be prone to future testing. When asked what could be done to reactivate processing, he had no suggestion other than find another source.  Weve been in Ecommerce 27 years. We have effective  multilevel security. The whole event was unbelievable and very expensive.  Horrible.
