> **Cons**: Nothing as such, the agency performance module can be made much more advanced, but ACT21 believe that such things are uncommon for every other bank and NBFC, hence this can be done upon requests, which is completely fair.

> ROI measurement on agencies payouts and defined policies.
Drag n drop process for almost everything.
Create and simulate the policies and then roll them out, within seconds.
Testing and simulation module for policies.
Dashboard can be customised to any extent you need.
You can add or amend anything you want with help from ACT21 team, this product is amazing, all star rating boss\!

Every sales person knows how to use the product, no IT involvement
No custom codes everytime we release a new offer, seasonal discounts
Drag and drop, that's it\!
Least amount of error in computation calculations, only issues with formulas
