> **Pros**: Cusomee service is top notch. Even when the questions seem silly they still take the time to help and explain\! I also live the ease of use, I still have some learning to do but for the most part it makes day to day managament that much smoother.  It's helpful in keeping track of technicians throughout the day and give a better estimate to clients when they ask.

> **Cons**: Minor issues with the billing, I would like to be able to invoice right from any work order and be able to have the system know if the client is auto pay available or not. Having to set up a specific work order to draw auto pay can be time consuming and difficult for different customers.
