### "Wade Parsons EmployeeReferrals.com review" — 4.0/5

> **Wade** | *14 August 2024* | Media Production | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ability to track when people you refer apply to positions.
>
> **Cons**: The updates seem to stop after the initial application. You don't know if someone was rejected, and you don't know if they were hired until well after they have started (in many instances).
>
> Pretty good. It is very helpful to be able to send potential applicants a direct link to specific jobs and see if they have applied.

-----

### "Ok but has its flaws." — 1.0/5

> **Daniel** | *23 April 2021* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I liked that I could see across our corporation and see what openings are available. Also the referral bonus is nice and gives me a little more incentive to refer more people.
>
> **Cons**: That I referred someone, they got the job and now that position says "No reward" when it clearly said $500 and then others say "duplicate" even though the job title and number are different. It would've been a great system had it actually worked but now I just have no motive to continue referring anyone else after this experience. Also the position that they were hired for says under recruiter review but then on another it says they were hired which they weren't. Needs some flaws worked out.
