> **Pros**: I liked that it felt fairly easy to get started with despite having a lot of features. The visual flow builder helped organize conversations in a way that made sense, and after spending some time with it, creating and managing workflows became much smoother. I also liked that it offers good flexibility when building more customized experiences.

> **Cons**: Some of the advanced features took time to understand in the beginning. I found myself going through documentation more often than expected, and a few areas could be explained more clearly for new users. Nothing major, but there was definitely a learning curve at first.

> Overall, my experience has been good. It feels like a platform that has a lot of capability once you become comfortable with how everything works. The initial setup and learning process required some effort, but after getting used to it, things became much easier. I had a positive experience overall and found it useful for building conversational workflows.

You can get right in and start creating your vision of a conversational AI. It is easy to start and easy to plan. Cognigy.AI is laid out well and allows for both simple and efficient implementations, but with heaps of compatibility and advanced options for those that need them. Congnigy.AI actually does what you expect it to do right out of the box.

> **Cons**: Cognigy offers a wide variety of features, not all of which are easily accessible. At this point in time, parts of the documentation are rather hard to find. I also found certain examples in the documentation to be inexplicit at times.

By the help of various tutorials offered by Cognigy, even inexperienced developers will get started quickly. Experienced JS/TS developers will find it easy to build custom extensions e.g. for REST APIs which allow leveraging the full potential of Cognigy virtual agents.
