> **Pros**: Workhorse is very easy to use and information can be found easily. Sales orders integrate from the e-commerce site and invoices are then uploaded to Xero. Stock quantities adjust automatically and there is a function to allow authorised dealers to auto populate their stock levels in sync with ours, a real bonus\!

> **Cons**: This is very difficult to answer as we have been using Workhorse now for a number of years and it works very well, so no issues

> We are very happy with the fantastic service we receive. Any queries are resolved very quickly. Workhorse are very good at helping with improvements and changes so that the process is more efficient for us and our customers.

> **Pros**: WH is adaptable. We have enhanced and developed the base system to suit our needs over the past few years. The development team are always quick to respond and provide solutions.

> Very good. We switched from a previous CRM system as WH incorporated inventory management and linked to Xero software.
WH is a critical tool for our business and we look forward to developing it further as our business changes and grows.
