Most of our contacts have chosen the email format to receive messages, it would be nice to be able to add an attachment to save a step of a follow up email if more information needs to be shared. > > This product has streamlined our Business Office practices and deceased the amount of time having to manually call out to families. We have been able to communicate more efficiently with families and send out timely updates/changes. By utilizing the scheduling feature it has helped with scheduling of meetings and increased attendance at the meetings with the reminder feature.
