Fantastic Stay was the management company responsible for the privately owned unit we stayed in at The Signature at MGM Grand from August 20–23, 2026. From the day we checked in, the air conditioning was not working properly while Las Vegas temperatures were around 109°F. My husband and I spent our first night extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were later told the AC had been repaired, but it only worked temporarily before going out again, resulting in another miserable night. We also experienced several other issues. The telephone in the suite did not work, the iron malfunctioned and created a frightening electrical safety concern for my husband, and obtaining something as basic as clean towels became an ordeal because MGM staff explained that certain services required authorization due to the unit being privately managed. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was trying to figure out who could actually help us. We spent HOURS of our vacation making calls, going back and forth with the front desk, and trying to get assistance with problems that should never have been ours to chase down. When I booked through Priceline, I was unaware that this particular suite was privately owned and managed separately. Had I known that receiving basic maintenance and housekeeping assistance could be this difficult, I would never have booked it. This was supposed to be a fun weekend in Las Vegas with friends. Instead, a significant portion of our trip was spent dealing with an unbearably hot room, maintenance problems, safety concerns, lack of basic necessities, and poor communication. For anyone considering booking a privately owned unit managed by Fantastic Stay, I strongly recommend asking exactly who will be responsible for maintenance, housekeeping, and emergencies before booking. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Fantastic Stay. Guests paying for accommodations should not have to spend their vacation repeatedly chasing a management company for basic services, safety concerns, and a functioning AC in the middle of the Las Vegas summer. ----- ### "Great option for professional vacation rental managers\!" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *5 June 2018* | Real Estate > > **Pros**: The software has good UI/UX, making it easy to use. The recent link with Zapier (although currently in Beta version) as it means we can link with other apps making life more simple (Google spreadsheets, Podio, etc). Especially pleased we can now link to Xero our accounting software via Zapier as well to create invoices and other payment options. This really will be a game changer They are just introducing me to a flat rate payment option which should create savings for us which is a good thing :) > > **Cons**: The platform doesn’t create owner statements which is a shame - although we can now do this ourselves via Zapier. There have been issues with adding VAT to bookings via the website they offer - hopefully will be resolved soon. It would be useful to have a booking button widget to add to our own website rather than having to send customers to the fs website. It would be useful to be able to see more than one month of the calendar at a time. Minimum of two and up to six months would be very helpful. But these are small niggles in the overall scheme of things. > > I’ve used a few channel managers so far (Freetobook, Tokeet and Guesty) and this is the best I’ve found. I have found the guys to be responsive at adding new features and listening to what features I require. There are still some things that need ironing out and developing, but on the whole this is the best solution I have found. I have 11 furnished rentals in the Seattle area. I highly recommend FantasticStay. Previous to FantasticStay I used BookingSync, Cloudbeds and Vreasy. This is brief description of my experience. BookingSync: I used Bookinsync 4+ years ago and found it problematic. It may have improved since. I cant comment on their current product. Cloudbeds: I used Cloudbeds 2+ years ago. Perhaps a good solution for small hotels, but not for furnished rentals. Many of its features sounded great in the sales pitch, but did not work well for furnished rentals. Vreasy: Vreasy was big improvement over BookingSync and Cloudbeds. I would have happily stayed with Vreasy, but they were purchased by FantasticStay. FantasticStay: I was happy with Vreasy, and disappointed when Vreasy was purchased. After using FantasticStay for a few months, I recognized it was better than Vreasy. There were a few things I preferred about Vreasy, it's simplicity, it grapic displays etc., but overall FantasticStay is a better and more all encompassing product. > > **Cons**: A few things could use some improvement. I previously handled payment processing using a third party (PayPal). I now have it integrated into FantasticStay's platform. This is a big time saver, and a much easier way to track payments.
