> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to accept payments from customers and run their card through Dharma. It is quick and easy. The receipt is available right away and I love the option to email a copy of the receipt to the customer immediately.

> **Cons**: The thing I like least about the software are the errors when trying to process a credit card. We always get the same error so it is hard to tell if it is a card issue, like credit limit or insufficient funds, or if we entered the customers information in incorrectly.

> I use Dharma a few times a month. For someone like me that does not use it on a daily basis, it is easy enough to use without having difficult remembering how to do it. It is quick and easy to use.
