> **Pros**: DNC scrub provides an added layer of security to our data compliance operations, allowing us to scale our call center operations with confidence. The DNC scrub is something we have used every single day for the past 5 years, and is a critical component to why we are able to grow as an outbound call center.

> **Cons**: The UX/UI is a bit clunky, and with large datasets, the DNC scrub can take a long time. This can often slow us down if we are needing to move through quick scrubs during mid-day operations.
> 
> DNC Scrub has been and will always be a critical component to our dialing operations. Having the ability to tap into the DNCscrub database and clean your data will allow you to stay away from any fraudulent leads and therefore stay away from any future litigations. If you are a call center who relies on data and you do not use DNC scrub, I highly suggest you add this to your tech stack.

> **Pros**: The services we leverage through CCC provide us with the most up to date information possible to manage our legal compliance within the contact center space. Utilizing the SOE alerts specifically has provided us solutions to keep us from contacting customers that may be currently dealing with environmental emergencies out of their control. The Litigator product on the flip side protects our business from being in the line of fire of predatory legal trouble.

> **Cons**: Other than the slow implementation of CCC products from an internal perspective (which is solely on us) there is nothing negative I can offer as to the products we have utilized from CCC.
> 
> Out account representative is always there to field our questions, get the answers, and assuage any issue that may arise. Through their involvement and quick response of customer service we have always come away from any engagement with CCC satisfied.
