Great Physical Hardware!!!
Comments: My overall experience with OptiSigns has been positive, but time will tell.
Pros:
As a member of a LED Signage company, we vet our content player suppliers vigorously. Because we have built our own players in the past, we know how difficult both hardware and software can be to develop and maintain. Upon first sight, OptiSigns pro player has great hardware that you can tell will last.
Cons:
Recently, we were trying to configure a pro player to send duplicate data out of two of the three HDMI ports. This was not a plug and play feature and doesnt have an obvious way to change this. It also doesnt seem to be a setting you can change remotely.
Easy to use, great support
Comments: We have a few office locations, and some model homes that we show potential customers; We wanted to use our displays to advertise our business, personalize customer experiences, or put other related things up for display in the offices and models. OptiSigns makes this possible while managing all locations and devices from one portal.
Pros:
OptiSigns has been a game-changer for our digital signage needs. The portal is easy to navigate, and has made creating and managing content an absolute breeze. Setting up screens was simple, and the platform’s ability to schedule and update content remotely has saved us so much time and effort when managing multiple locations. The variety of templates and integrations they offer lets us quickly create engaging and dynamic displays that capture attention. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our team and customers alike since using OptiSigns. Their customer support has been great as well. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, their support was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, OptiSigns offers fantastic value for its price, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed digital signage solution!
Cons:
There is a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, but as mentioned, anytime we have any questions we either find the answer in support articles or the support team has been able to help us.

Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: OptiSigns offered month-to-month billing, which we wanted to go with because we were unsure at the time how much use we'd get out of digital signage, so it was a nice way to get into OptiSigns without a yearly/multi-year agreement. Additionally, the price of month-to-month was better than the competitors we looked at.
Great Software. Company needs work.
Comments: Overall I was extremely pleased with the product and had no intention of changing until the back end of the company reared its ugly head. Watch your statements.
Pros:
The digital signage function and all technical functions of the app work as intended and are at the same level as most free robust digital signage applications.
Cons:
The company appears to have issues running invoices. The company ran without invoicing customers for 9 months. They then ran all those invoices immediately, attempting to charge customers for their mistake. Unfortunately I did not feel they would be good steward of my funds, and my company chose a more button up business to work with. I would avoid them until they are able to get these glaring billing and payment processing issues solved.

Simple, Clean, and Intuitive Sytem
Comments: If there are no firewall issues with your network, set up is a breeze. Creating and uploading your own assets is an easy and an enjoyable experience and there are hundreds of premade templates you can just modify. The system is familiar and intuitive and the price give you your money's worth and more.
Pros:
Optisigns was easy to use with a clean interface and an intuitive system. There were plenty of professional and well designed premade templates and if you are used to creating/modifying designs on Canva, then you have pretty much mastered Optisigns. And if you haven't you will easily figure it out. Data mapping is also a huge plus since we have rates that change regularly.
Cons:
If you have a heightened security network if might block it right away but it doesn't really tell you that it might be a firewall issue. My personal experience was, because it wouldn't connect to our network, the pairing code didn't show up at all. Depending on someone's level of familiarity with such issues, they might just think the device is defective. A warning message somewhere that indicates that issue would be extremely helpful. There is an article about whitelisting but you need to know what to look for and dig for it.
Great, easy to use product
Pros:
It's quick, intuitive and easy to use. It was easy to get multiple screens setup with different schedules. Was not hard to learn at all.
Cons:
Once we have lots of different graphics, the main screen (our view, not customer view) can be a bit cluttered. There should be an automatic feature to hide graphics that aren't used in awhile.
Alternatives Considered: ScreenCloud and Yodeck
Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: Price, and ease of use. THe trial period was also helpful because it reduced the risk of trying it.
Optisigns - Great & Easy To Use Signage Platform
Comments: Purchasing, installation and use has been incredibly easy. The online templates make it simple and quick to add new content.
Pros:
Ease of use. Simple implementation. Drag & drop editor makes it easy for less pc literate staff to create professional looking content.
Cons:
It could be free lol.

Easy to get started and learn
Comments: We are using Optisigns to display notifications, alerts, updates, and KPIs to our employees. It allows us to engage with them in a new and exciting way.
Pros:
Getting up and running with OptiSigns was straightforward. Implementing a few pieces of content and getting it going while continuing to work on more advanced assets in the background was very helpful. In some more complicated assets, I needed assistance. The support I got was clear and solved the issue immediately. This is an all-around good piece of software run by a good company.
Cons:
I would like to see some more customization is some of the asset types. For instance, the Instagram feed is nice, but I would like to better control which content is shown, such as posts with only pictures, and control the duration of each post being visible. These types of controls would make the integrations more useful.

Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: Optisigns was chosen due to its ease of integration with Google Workspace.
Great features and easy to use
Comments: We recently transitioned from Spectrio to OptiSigns, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is user-friendly, offers a variety of great features, and the setup process was seamless. Additionally, it is significantly more cost-effective. I have not encountered any drawbacks so far, and it remains very straightforward to use.
Pros:
We recently switched from Spectrio to OptiSigns and it's been fantastic. Easy to use, great feature options, setup was a breeze and it's much more cost effective.

I haven't found any downsides yet, very simple to use.
Great for Managing Numerous Screens Across the Nation
Comments: Overall our experience with OptiSigns has been satisfactory! We have only experienced a few issues, but OptiSigns helpdesk has been quick to troubleshoot and resolve them. Plus, the platform's native features have addressed most of the issues we experienced with our previous provider
Pros:
As the content strategist for a national parent company with 32+ markets, OptiSigns has streamlined our management of marketing displays throughout our offices. It is so easy to check the status of each screen, update content, and link our social media feeds.
Cons:
We experienced a few errors with the OptiSigns app entering sleep mode on some screens that utilize Apple TV or their native smart TV OptiSigns app. However, these issues have been resolved after submitting a service ticket to OptiSigns.
Simple and easy to use
Comments: Optisigns has been great. It's simple to use and setup and has enough flexibility to be used for anyone's needs.
Pros:
I liked the options and the price of OptiSigns. The price point for the options available was great.
Cons:
I wish there was a tutorial on how to do the designs a little bit. Maybe there was one that I didn't find. I was able to do the designs and figure it out on my own, but it would have been a little quicker with a video tutorial.

OptiSigns is a great product
Comments: The support is the best. Very quick to reply. Answers have always been concise and accurate.
Pros:
Super easy to set up. Very intuitive dashboard to manage content, screens and accounts. Extremely reliable. I think the only time a screen went out it was a power issue on our end. Also its great that it will auto-launch on power return.
Cons:
I can't think of anything that would qualify as I didn't like. The only thing I learned is that we needed to use a UPS so that when the building has a power issue the device, (and TV), would stay up.
Alternatives Considered: Rise Vision

The exact product we needed when we needed it!
Comments: We were using a competitive product that was 2.5x the price per screen for far fewer features. On opening a new location, we found this product by accident. We were up and operating in a few hours. We found the documentation very helpful and the overall integration was a "piece of cake." We are already big fans and are looking for other ways to use the product in our business!
Pros:
The product is simple to use, comprehensive in it's feature offerings, and consolidates all of our signage operations into one easy-to-use cloud based program. The ability to use inexpensive Amazon Fire sticks was a huge factor in closing this product. Also, the price is great.
Cons:
We haven't found anything we do not like, so we cannot comment on this aspect of the review.

More Expensive Options Just don't Make Sense.
Comments: I almost went with another super expensive company Just because they integrated my POS with their plan. The truth is, You can hire a company like addwire.com to design your menus cheaper than paying thousands more a month, and I'm so glad that I went with Optisigns because it's great for Small businesses like mine to compete with these other giant companies, and it's easy to manage.
Pros:
Optisigns was easy to setup. I bought my televisions from Sams, Plugged in the Media Players from Optisigns, and Powered right up and started running my playlists that I configured for it. I like how it was just so easy.
Cons:
It could offer a more detailed startup guide for new equipment. Also, The Lack of Apps they offer, which I'm sure will be updated and new apps released over time.
Alternatives Considered: Raydiant
Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: I liked some of the Apps they offered, but when the rubber met the road, Optisigns just seemed like a better option. After throwing caution to the wind, I quickly realized that Optisigns was the best choice.
Easy to use, maintain and update
Comments: Positive experience overall. Compared to many other digital signage products out there, this one is easy and inexpensive and once you set it once it is fast to update. No need to re-do anything or start over whenever you want to make a change.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to design a template and put media on it. It's also easy to stream to any device since it only requires a pairing code. Up to know I haven't had any issues with pairing.
Cons:
I would say it's probably the audio feature. It's a bit complex to understand and to this day we have yet to figure it out.

Comments: My experience with OptiSigns has been great. It's easy to manage and work with, and the storage capacity plays an important role. Additionally, the ability to work remotely is a big plus.
Pros:
OptiSigns offers a convenient and user-friendly solution for digital signage management. Being able to connect and manage it remotely from various locations adds a lot of flexibility, especially for organization like ours (Non-Profit Catholic Parish). The intuitive interface and straightforward management features make it accessible for users with varying levels of technical expertise. Additionally, the storage capabilities and content enhancement options provide versatility in creating engaging and dynamic displays. Overall, it seems like OptiSigns ticks off all the boxes for an efficient and effective digital signage solution.
Cons:
I haven't spent more than 6 months with OptiSigns, which means I haven't used all the features yet. Therefore, I would strongly appreciate having the option to schedule some content instead of manually uploading different content every day for it to appear on the screens.

Digital Signage is Breeze with OptiSigns!!
Pros:
OptiSigns is so wonderfully user-friendly! The product we were using before was a nightmare to initally set up and it would disconnect all the time and I'd have to call customer service every time to get it fixed. OptiSigns just works so much better!! The set up was a breeze and the app is so easy to use! I wish I would have found this product sooner!
Cons:
There is a monthly fee charge in addition to the price of the controller device, but compared to what we were using before which only lasted us about 2 years, it actually came out $5 cheaper to use OptiSigns. So not really a con, just something to be aware of!
Great system to modernize an old display!
Comments: Optisigns was a great option for bringing old "tack and paper" employee notification bulletin boards into the modern era of digital signage. The hardware is easy to set up, customer service friendly and knowledgeable, and the app makes updating information easy and convenient.
Pros:
Optisigns allowed me to take my business advertising into the modern digital age. I was able to replace a very outdated paper rack system with a TV display and the OptiSigns Pro Signage Player. The system was easy to set up and it has made advertising and information distribution to employees easy.
Cons:
There was a minor issue with a full display during the intial set up, but was corrected with a simple call to customer service. However, when the dispaly is turned back on each day, I have to unplug the player in order to reset it so the full screen is displayed.
Easy to use and versatile
Comments: OptiSigns has been an extremely useful tool in our organization. I am able to keep employees informed without putting out physical flyers. Moreover, I am able to keep all facilities updated at the same time.
Pros:
OptiSigns is very user-friendly alongside an extensive array of features, ensuring seamless delivery of updated content. I am able to schedule posts that are time-sensitive so I can "set it and forget it" without missing anything. I like being able to post to multiple monitors at one time rather than having to post to each monitor individually.
Cons:
I don't like that it automatically posts everything at 10 seconds. I would like to have the option to change the playtime when I am adding an asset to multiple displays to save the time of going to each one and updating the display time.
Great easy to use product with great flexibility
Comments: Almost perfect, the setup design and super simple and does exactly what it says it does with minimal effort needed
Pros:
Ability to add as many Optisigns to a single location or multiple either playing same play list or individually based upon location and need, Setup extremely quick and simple, easy GUI interface that makes control and operation of Optisigns easy.
Cons:
Creation of new locations and moving (we use firesticks) from one location to another. Site to site or room to room based on the setup

Comments: OptiSigns has been great for our company. We are able to get important information to all employees, recognition and announcements via the screens located in our buildings. Most of our employees are in a shop floor environment. The employees feel like they are getting acknowledged and understand what is going on throughout the company on a weekly basis.
Pros:
The ease of use is the most I like about it on my end. I can update and change anything in a timely manner. Customer service is fast to respond. OptiSigns has been great for our company. We are able to get important information to all employees, recognition and announcements via the screens located in our buildings. Most of our employees are in a shop floor environment. The employees feel like they are getting acknowledged and understand what is going on throughout the company on a weekly basis.

I don't have any cons at this time. I am going to start integrating other Products into our playlists so I am excited to figure that out.

Comments: Overall, the experience so far is great, now we trying to buy couple iPads and put them at front desk for people to be able to sign up when they get in. Optisign is great product for creating Contents on Displays, it helped a lot creating fliers and other ads for out annual conference. It Saved us about $1000
Pros:
The Dash is really and friendly to use. It helps me create content and communications information on displays instead of using emails or other sort of traditional channels to entire staff
Cons:
I personally do not have any complains so far, however, I heard that some TVs are having issue with the HDMI port space is tight or no enough to plug in their fire sticks or it has issue integrating with Apple TV!

Optisigns has been great for our hotel!
Pros:
We are a large hotel with banquet space. We need to display property-specific information to our guests daily (on-site dining, outside weather, local resources). When we have events going on, we also need to display event-specific information (meeting times, location, etc.). OptiSigns makes it so easy to pre-schedule and toggle from playlist to playlist. The best this is that it can be managed remotely - no more flash drives being unplugged and then plugged back in!
Cons:
The design application is a bit clunky. We are used to using Canva and are accustomed to how user-friendly it is. In time, we will become more accustomed to the OptiSigns design tool. Though you can upload JPEGs into the asset library, I hope one day we will be able to upload videos, too!
Great product at a great price, with a few issues.
Comments: For the most part I am very happy with the system. It is easy to use and even though we've had some problems with dynamic content not loading and having to reload content manually, it hasn't been something we haven't been able to work around. It is very reasonably priced for the options it gives us for displaying content. I would like the apps to actually work better and it would be nice to have some way to reach customer support more quickly, but again, for the price, this is a pretty robust system.
Pros:
The setup and interface with the Optisigns application and online content management system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. The ability to manage and push content to a remote location from my design office is great.
Cons:
Content apps are glitchy and don't work. I've tried linking dynamic content to our google drive using their supplied apps to display slide shows and google calendar schedules and it works so poorly I have all but given up on using dynamic content. I also setup framed content and some of the frames don't load, leaving a blank space on the screen. The other problem is that content will periodically fail to load from the network, so I have to physically drive to the location and fix it on the TV app, manually reloading the content. This is a real pain when I add new screens for the members that are time sensitive and they don't load, then I have to go to the location and reset the content manually.

Pros:
OptiSigns' remote ability to make changes to my digital signs has been a game-changer for me. Before using OptiSigns, I would have to physically go to my store location every time I wanted to update my digital signs. This was not only time-consuming but also costly in terms of time and resources. With OptiSigns, I can now make changes to my digital signs remotely from anywhere, at any time. This has allowed me to bring in more revenue by promoting new products, sales, and events in real-time.
Cons:
While OptiSigns has been a great asset to my business, one area that could use improvement is the speed performance in the user interface. The interface can sometimes lag when making changes or uploading new content, which can be frustrating when trying to make quick updates.
