We used it for my handyman company. 
Having organized data, notes, invoices and estimates is paramount to a handyman company. 
My favorite part about markate is the reports i could view on the health of my business.

I feel like a CRM should have some basic attributes included in the initial cost - like review requests after an invoice is closed, follow up texts or emails, etc
