Get the job done but lacks in the style department
Pros:
It has everything that is needed for an HR tool and it was quick to set up. But see my cons to get a better idea of what a user feels about the tool. But it does have PTO requests, Pay, Taxes, Onboarding, Benefits, everything you will need.
Cons:
It is just missing the look and feel of some of the other HR tools that I have used. It feels outdated and like it was designed years ago.

Comments: Very positive. I have been in People Ops for over 10 years and Rippling has the most robust out-of-the-box solution I've seen. Optimal for new businesses and those start-ups looking to scale.
Pros:
Rippling is always adapting and enhancing their products. They have a full suite of solutions and a support team available to offer guidance. I have been very impressed with their tooling and how their products have scaled with us as our business has grown from 100 employees to over 400.
Cons:
Rippling has many integrations; however, most third parties are only one-way, which creates some limitations. Additionally, one vendor that we wish Rippling would build an API with is Sparrow - this has been on the wish list for several years. It appears adding new integrations is not high on Rippling's roadmap at this time. As such, be sure to confirm what integrations are available and if they are 360 or 180 connections, before purchasing so that you have the right expectations going into it.

Great comprehensive system
Pros:
Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.
Cons:
The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

Comments: It's been a great experience so far switching over. It is much easier to use and cuts down time on many payroll tasks.
Pros:
Ease of payroll processing which has significantly help to cut down time on payroll processing.
Cons:
Lack of phone line support. We can only submit tickets on the portal. They are usually quick to get back but having phone support helps with instant support in case of emergencies
The best HR and login management I've used
Pros:
It's extremely easy to use and the Chrome plugin is extremely useful.
Cons:
Having to re-log in fairly often and multiple factor-authenticate to access passwords gets annoying. (Althought obviously it's necessary)
Great support team, intuitive and easy to use.
Comments: Pretty much great overall. Support is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rippling does not support custom benefits for EDI feed setups.
Ring Central
Comments:
Overall, Ring Central is a 7.5.
Customer support does not seem to be heavily trained in the product. Half the time I spend longer waiting on hold to resolve an issue while a support member researches my issue. The AI-generated scripts make call reviews fast and efficient and the overall functionality of the application is easy enough to manipulate if do your own research to find answers.
Pros:
AI-generated call reviews and transcribed calls.
Cons:
Customer support on issues with Ring Central.

Biggest Issue is Pricing
Comments: The product works well and has several added value services we like all intergrated. Customer service is decent, mixed feelings on thier new AI chat bot, sometime you just need a human. Once again the bigest issue is pricing. Their list price is now $10 and comparables are $8; $2.00 per can add up fast.
Pros:
The tech stack and features are awesome compaired to others.
Cons:
Price increases ever year and list price has increase 25% in two years. The only reason we would leave is pricing, which this year came very close.

Comments: From the sales process to leaving Rippling every step of the way was filled with poor service. In addition to the above, an employee's benefits were cut off without prior approval, wage reports filed incorrectly and offshore customer service was contradictory, unaccountable and untrained. When I finally received service on the second level, I was subjected to more sales pitches, my favorite was the PEO person telling me that employees really couldn't reach the HR folks any way but email because, you know, this is a software company. Yep. One that shouldn't be in the payroll and HR business. I have never had such a bad experience running payroll with any company, and this is something I have been doing for my company and client companies for over 25 years.
Pros:
I liked leaving Rippling the most. I've used Paycom, ADP, QuickBooks payroll, none of whom are known to be easy and I would recommend all of them over this software. I did appreciate the email reminders for payroll, but that was it.
Cons:
Onboarding. I was treated like a fool who didn't know what a payroll period ending date vs a check date was. The constant pop ups on login. The confusing user interface and poor reports. The horrible customer service.

Rippling: Empowering HR and Payroll
Comments: Rippling is a game changer in the world of business and they are innovative and future thinking. They ensure everything is accurate and legal with payroll and keeps us up-to-date with notifications as reminders of what we need to do. Managing employees is a streamlined process which frees up time. We recently added recruitment which will make our entire process almost work on its own. Spend Management was a true blessing and it works like a breeze. It couldn't possible be easier than it is.
Pros:
After using Rippling for over a year now, I am impressed how it simplifies the daunting tasks we face with HR and Payroll. I love the integration capabilities especially with third party apps. It manages everything from onboarding to offboarding with ease. It's user friendly especially to the less tech savvy employees. The app works like a charm especially when submitting receipts.
Cons:
We wanted to add on ASO but it was too expensive and they didn't offer adding on one or two levels at a time.
Rippling is a Superior HR Solution for My Company
Comments: Rippling is a good platform and I like it more than past tools I've used, like UltiPro. It's clean and easy to get in, and the mobile view is responsive and quick.
Pros:
Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.
Cons:
I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.
Benefits Of Using Rippling
Comments: Since I started working with Rippling I work stress free at all times.
Pros:
Rippling is an easy platform to use that has a user-friendly interface which helps in navigation. It is also an all-in-one platform that enables HR and Payroll Solutions. It has Automated HR solution. It has a responsive customer support team.
Cons:
Rippling is okay and has no problems or issues.
Rippling is a crucial vertically integrated HR stack that will streamline your operation
Comments: Rippling has been complex at times to implement but this is because one platform is handling our entire employee lifecycle process. All in all, we have faith that Rippling will continue to innovate empowering us to consolidate our entire HR stack in one place. A must for businesses that value vertically integrated efficiency.
Pros:
We moved to Rippling because of the incredible depth of features across the HR employee lifecycle. Previously, we had separate tools for HRIS, performance management. This was incredibly expensive and cumbersome to run standalone tools. With Rippling, we consolidated our entire people stack into one which empowers us to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage everything from one place.
Cons:
Rippling is not the most beautiful UX/UI and can be a little jarring. We used Lattice before Rippling and the UX was beautiful. This, of course, isn't the most important thing but it was noticeable.
My Journey with Rippling in a Filled Survey
Pros:
Rippling automates workflow such as employee management, human resources, payroll, IT provisioning and benefits administration in one place.
Cons:
The problem is me since I have not yet explored all the features on Rippling.
Great, but needs improvements.
Comments: It's great, but has improvements. Good for everyday use.

It's easy to use and it's incredibly convenient.

Not much visibility when it comes to seeing my colleagues annual leave.
Rippling-user friendly and customizable!
Comments: Great so far! We used ADP before Rippling, and it’s a huge upgrade from ADP! We are able to utilize Rippling for our schedule needs, time and attendance, HR, payroll, and spend management!
Pros:
It is user friendly and very customizable. You can create custom fields for nearly everything you need.
Cons:
The travel spend platform needs improvement. It has been freezing on our employees when they upload receipts. However, Rippling has been great about taking the necessary steps to fix this.

Cons:
it would be helpfull to have some sort of GPS tracking at least at time of clocking in and clocking out. Its not necessary thats GPS be ON the entire time an employee is clocked in as that really DRAINS the battery.

Comments: I am happy using Rippling it made everything easier for employers and employees.
Pros:
It's actually designed in a human way if employees accidentally choose not to take break and didn't explain why. Rippling will launch a pilot test and it will ask the employees if they have taken a break or no. That's very human.
Cons:
So far I don't have any problems with Rippling.
Great Payroll program
Comments: It is a program that I use daily that let's me track al of my time. It is easy to see the hours and days worked and is very user friendly.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to manage my time, whether it is my daily clock in and clock out or setting up time off.
Cons:
Having to log in again so often, but I know it is for security.
RIPPLING is simple and easy!
Pros:
I think Rippling makes managing my HSA and benefits a lot easier. I used to go back abd forth multiple platforms just to track my HSA contributions. I feel like Rippling make everything finally in one place. I can set up my HSA contributions, check my balance with just a few clicks - I can also use the same credentials across platforms.
Cons:
One area where Rippling could improve is making customer support a bit easier to find. When I tried to reimburse my HSA once, I selected a closed bank account, and I needed help correcting it. It took me a little while to locate the support email by googling, which was frustrating in the moment. If there were a more visible support link or easy access to contact options directly in the app, it would be super helpfu!

Stay away from Rippling in the UK
Comments: Rippling is relatively new to the UK market and unfortunately it really shows. My experience should serve as a warning for any small business thinking of using them for payroll services. I would encourage small business owners to stay far away from Rippling in the UK. I think their reputation in the US is what made us think they would be a good partner but do not be fooled by their high ratings in the US because their service to UK businesses is totally lacking. They onboarded us quickly, but a part of that speed was them setting everything up which lead to some people being set up in their system incorrectly. The result was more taxes being taken than needed which required ad hoc refunds. They also at one point suggested we designate them as our authorized tax agent with HMRC to speed up paperwork which our actual accountants highly recommended against. When it came to setting up a pension scheme that process was more complicated than it needed to be because they are not integrated with major pension providers. The results were not taking the correct amounts and delaying compliance with the pension mandate. Worse yet, when we were contacted by HMRC and we needed service from Rippling I reached out to our account manager who I was directed to contact with further inquiries after the pension debacle. I received zero response from our account manager. Having received no replies we contacted the service team member who directed us to contact our account manager and also did not receive a single reply. This is what you are signing up for when you decide to work with Rippling. They trap you into a contract and provide zero service when you need it most. Do yourself a big favor and use Sage or really any other provider with more UK operating experience. Rippling is genuinely terrible and as a small business you really can’t afford to make the mistake of signing a contract with them.

The onboarding was fast but perhaps rushed In hindsight.

Complete and total lack of service when it was needed most.
Rippling all in one place
Comments: Rippling is an amazing app; I have everything I need even mobile. Time management is a breeze, making changes to my time, PTO and benefits in the application are easy to navigate and they are process quick. I have all my benefits information, and it lets me modify without no issues. I have my pay information, and my paystubs are easy to access, whenever I need it. Information about the company, education and others are within a click. I really think this application make our professional life easy.

I like the fact that I have everything in one place. Human resources, time keeping, education, PTO management, etc
Cons:
I think the lock out process of the account when password is forgot, should be a little bit easier.
