> **Pros**: TrustMAPP is everything that the cash heavy / resource intensive GRC market wishes it could have been. I wouldn't classify TrustMAPP as a GRC (although it will replace most of my GRC needs) it is maturity, risk, and value measurement and incredibly easy to implement  the assessment engine.

I believe if more security programs were run with the vision and measurement that TrustMAPP can clue you into, our industry would be in a much better place.

> **Pros**: The feature  I find most useful and impactful for my business is the ability to create custom reports and a comprehensive road map to achieve my client's Cyber Security Goals.  With this feature, I can easily align Maturity with Risk and provide my clients with a roadmap, with projected budgets to achieve their Maturity Goals.

> **Cons**: The only con would be there are some corner cases with clients asking for non-standard frameworks that TrustMAPP doesn't support.  The engineering at TrustMAPP can quickly remedy that issue with a Custom Framework upon request.

> I have worked with the TrustMAPP team over the last two years, I find the product easy to use and intuitive.  The support for the development and support team has been over the top, their focus on customer satisfaction is fantastic\!
