> **Pros**: The program allows me to capture all the needed information with ease.  I have everything I need in one place whenever I need to work on a file.  As my needs grow to different areas of use within the program, it will be easy as I will not need to enter duplicate information.

> **Cons**: The software appears to be in the final aspects of development.  I find some areas with a few inconsistencies when compiling forms.  Part of this is due to the changing requirements of the forms for submission to USCIS or EOIR.  At other time, the compiling appears to miss some information.  These items are minor in the overall scheme of things and can be easily fixed.
> 
> I have been able to collect information in an easy manner, wither with video conferencing while sharing the screen or simply by allowing clients to access their portal to complete questionnaires.  Whenever I discovered an issue, either with the software or my understanding of how to use the software, the developers were extremely responsive.  I have worked with various software programs since 1968 and I have to say this is the best response I have ever received from support.

> ImmiCompliance was a great software tool and I definitely recommend it to anybody looking for an easy to use, custom database management software. The support team can assist in all matters and are extremely helpful and attentive. Typically took a matter of hours to get issues resolved or to implement new features we would request.
