> **Pros**: I like that care tap allows companies to not only pay caregivers but to also bill the clients. Care tap also makes keeping track of caregiver's hours simple.

> **Cons**: Care tap tends to run very slow. I don't appreciate that we are unable to remove things we don't use for individual companies. Companies do not receive a warning/heads up when there will be an update, therefore are caught completely off guard in having to warn over 100 employees about an update. The scheduled hours column can be confusing for billing in certain companies where they do not make their employees hours.
