- It's very easy to create forms from scratch or customize the forms after being created. 
- User-friendly. You don't need extensive training to start using the program. 
- Ability to send individual forms or organize them on a packet. 
- Ability to have Required fields on the form. This will help to collect all the necessary information. 
- It's easy for patients to fill out the forms. No complaints from patients so far. 
- Customer Support - \[sensitive content hidden\] is our contact/support person. He always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues or answer questions we might have.  
- It will take less than a minute to send a form/packet to a patient.  
- HIPAA compliant

In Summary: It's a great product for form automation, easy to use and customize.  Customer service support has been great. Very responsive.
