A Flexible Yet Complex Communication Tool
Comments: I was satisfied with Teams as a communication tool. It's highly flexible and widely adopted. While managing the details can be a bit cumbersome, it's still an excellent option for medium to large organizations.
Pros:
Microsoft Teams is a well-known and widely used communication platform. It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft services like OneDrive and Office, making it easy to connect and collaborate. Teams allows you to communicate, organize your schedule, and even conduct video calls all within the same tool. If you're already using other Microsoft services, Teams is an excellent choice for flexibility.
Cons:
However, it can be quite heavy, much like other Microsoft tools. The web and app versions offer different features and functions, which can be confusing for some users. Additionally, Teams has relatively high operating costs and requires some expertise to manage its settings effectively.
Very useful tool which extends beyond mere communication.
Comments: Very useful tool which extends beyond mere communication.
Pros:
Very easy to communicate, hold meetings etc. Like the calendar functionality and seamless experience. Beneficial that one can keep everything in one place for a project.
Cons:
Can become difficult when arranging meetings with people outside of an organisation. You have to get used to working with the groups and individuals to avoid confusion. It has been tricky with us as the organisation limits what we can and can't share/save to Teams. It would be great if we could use it fully. Zoom has some better functionality for presenting training but as that is not our focus, Teams was a better choice.
Could be so much better - one day hopefully
Comments: Lot's of potential for great integration but a overly complex UI/UX makes it a thing that everyone on the team just feels a little resigned to using
Pros:
Included free with our Office 365 subscription
Cons:
No way to add someone to JUST one channel (like slack) No way to cycle through all the unread in channels with keyboard shortcut - unread messages tend to get buried because of this Notifications seem spotty
MS Teams Experience
Comments: Overall, MS Teams is a very reliable application as messaging platform including file sharing, calendar, planner, etc.
Pros:
It’s a one stop solution messaging platform
Cons:
Perhaps when there are hundreds of participants on a conference call we have to turn our videos on to stay connected but i believe this is something to do with the connection as well.
Teams - essential for my workday
Comments: Overall, I've enjoyed using Teams! I really like the way chats are organized, with messages and files grouped together, and having the different teams groups to make messaging cleaner. Organizing calls and receiving announcements from the company through Teams is also so helpful for my work day.
Pros:
The ease of communication with coworkers, sharing files, searching for messages, and using the Teams functions of make groups of coworkers under different projects, work areas, etc. Teams meetings and calling is also way more streamlined than other video calling software (WebEx and Zoom, for example) and I love the integration with Outlook.
Cons:
I wish there was more advanced search functionality. Such as in Outlook - searching by date, names, exact or not exact words, etc.
Alternatives Considered:
Useful, Collaborative but could be tidier
Comments: Overall I have a good experience with Teams, we use it with a team of over 100, and it offers us the platform we need to communicate and collaborate well.
Pros:
Generally speaking, Teams is a great collaborative platform, offering all tools and features you need in order to work with fellow colleagues better and more efficiently.
Cons:
Although Teams has everything needed to be a great collaborative platform, the layout compared to competitors in the same market, lacks and is confusing. This lets Teams down where it could be a really incredible product all round.
Great Product!
Comments: Overall, Teams is an excellent tool. I utilize it daily for scheduling and meetings. It helps me stay organized and provides easy access to meeting links.
Pros:
The convenience of connecting and holding meetings without having to leave my office.
Cons:
It can be quite frustrating to go through two-factor authentication when frequently using different computers.
Microsoft Teams End User Review
Comments: Excellent, my experience with the application has always been 10/10 and i often recommend the application to other people i have to come into contact with while at work.
Pros:
Teams is a versatile messaging app that allows me to contact and meet with colleagues all over my region and internationally with ease. In addition to the meeting features since it is a Microsoft 365 applications its integration with the other Microsoft apps provides a huge benefit to file sharing also.
Cons:
Microsoft teams is a versatile app and in my everyday usage of the app i rarely have and issues with the application with the only issue only being app setting being changed sometimes.
MS Teams review
Pros:
Ability to integrate with Microsoft suite of products, sharepoint integration in background specifically, setting up groups including federated teams rooms to collaborate with clients.
Cons:
Is a resource intensive application. Video calling can be unstable at times.
Teams: Good for keeping in touch with colleagues
Comments: I use Teams every day in my work. It is especially helpful when working from home.
Pros:
The convenience of keeping in touch with colleagues at work.
Cons:
It is sometimes not as intuitive as other similar products
Workplace efficiency has never been better!
Pros:
By far, the best part about Teams is the ability to communicate with people at all times and how easy it has made collaborative work no matter where each employee is located. The ease of sharing files, holding calls, and sending messages is a leg above the competition. It has combined into one platform what I used to have three apps to perform. And I love that it fully integrates with Office 365!
Cons:
It does not impact me directly, but I could see how needing a Microsoft account to log in could be a deterrent.

IN-person meetings with a Hybrid Mode
Comments: Overall, the experience has been great. The MSFT Teams is really dynamic when it comes to customer experience & collaboration especially with most of orgs's hybrid structure. The new background effects to make everyone give a feel of being under the same roof is also something I love about this tool. It just keeps getting more advance and up the notch every time.
Pros:
The new Teams is really wonderful with the different meeting options. The audio quality and video quality seems to be pretty stable so far. Love the new update with enhance stability and collaborative space.
Cons:
I do bump into instances after the new update where I can't open attachments received or sent before I have to kill the application and open it again. Have submitted tickets to root cause to my IT teams but were not able to resolve it internally.
Great for Teamwork, but Takes Some Getting Used To
Comments: My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been quite good. The platform is really excellent in bringing all the principal tools for collaboration—whether it be chat, video conferencing, or document sharing—under one roof. This has made working in a team much easier, more so when working remotely. I will appreciate how Teams accommodated structured and informal communication, where it was easy to move from scheduled meetings to quick chats without leaving the platform. Although I appreciate most of its inclusive features, there have been moments when I felt that the interface was cluttered and that learning how to make one's way around the options takes time. Beyond these minor difficulties, Teams took productivity and communication in my team to a different level, making it a platform where everyone logs in daily for collaboration.
Pros:
What I like most about Microsoft Teams is the seamless way in which it can be integrated with the entire Microsoft 365 suite. This helps in collaborating on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations super easily right within the platform. Having all your tools—chats, video calls, sharing of files—all in one place reduces the switching time from one app to another, hence saving time and making the workflow more efficient. Aside from that, the versatility of supporting scheduled meetings and impromptu conversations can serve different working styles, whether it's a formal project discussion or a quick informal check-in with somebody. Another key differentiator is its reliable video and audio quality, even in large meetings, further refining the remote collaboration experience.
Cons:
What I like least about Microsoft Teams is that sometimes it feels quite overwhelming, be it a new user or someone not so much into technology. Though powerful with as many features and options as it comes, it creates a pretty steep learning curve and sometimes may confuse people where certain tools or settings are located. Moreover, the platform can be a bit resource-intensive; on older devices, or when many resource-demanding applications are working, it might cause occasional slowdowns or lag. By and large, performing well, these minor misbehaviours are inclined to disturb the smooth experience slightly.

Teams: One Program to Rule Them All
Comments: I am an administrator and also work within it to manage my department's daily activities, chats, project management.
Pros:
I like how much capability the program offers. The features offered give you the ability to excel in team collaboration, communication, management and so much more, instead of needing multiple other programs that do the same thing.
Cons:
It has some limitations of using other microsoft programs like excel and PowerPoint as stand alone programs since their features work best that way, but Teams gets you mostly there.

An Amazing Software To Allow Remote Integration Of Users
Pros:
Teams allowed our users to interact in a way not possible before, which was integral at the start of the Pandemic. We went from users having little to no access to other users and the environment outside of work, to a full blown remote workplace. Without Teams, we never could have completed this as fast and seamlessly. It was an integral part of the ongoing transition, even with more people back in the office more regularly.
Cons:
Issues with some of the versions caused confusion amongst users. Sometimes crashes or freezing depending on the machine.
Ms. Teams as a new communication tool.
Comments: Microsoft Teams is very useful in terms of for meeting, keeping file and recordings, also for the calls.
Pros:
Microsoft Teams is light enough to be installed in our phone. Makes business meetings or call on the go so much easier. The feature to share files and keep meetings recordings are also very helpful. The forwarding call feature is very useful.
Cons:
I have two versions in my laptop, one said the latest one, but I don't know why both old and new versions popped up at the same time when my laptop is turned on.
Microsoft Teams, Your friend to no end..
Comments: I love it!! I even love it for our team meetings over zoom!! When we had background photo contests at work, there was a way to incorporate us all together in the photo as if we were really in the room together!! That was bomb!!
Pros:
I love the ease and user friendly functionality of the app.. specifically the ease of locating a team member in teams, and being able to call them regularly, or via video call.. I also love the ease of sharing documents and resources.. I love it all!!
Cons:
I don’t really have a complaint about trans, except for the fact that when a notification comes in, teams pops up as the primary window to show you the message right away.. I would love it if there was a way to deactivate that..
Teams is easy to use, but has pitfalls for new users.
Comments: Instant messaging , meetings and ad hoc video calls could not be easier. However sharing documents which are hosted in sharepoint can become confusing.
Pros:
Teams has easy to use collaborative tools and functions that empower you to work remotely with all the benefits of being in the office.
Cons:
Teams has a dependency upon a well organised SharePoint structure, and this concept can be difficult to convey to new users.
I Love Teams!
Comments: My overall experience has been great. It is very easy to use to communicate whether a small or large group.
Pros:
The thing I love most about Teams is the ease of use. From instant messages to using Adobe, it is the best interoffice communications program to use.
Cons:
The only complaint I have ever had about Teams is when they updated it. It deleted my Adobe suite and I had to redo the whole thing.
A must need for companies to Use.
Comments: Overall I think this is great platform for any company to excel in with any business related information.
Pros:
I like that this is an universal service with use from anyone in any field can connect and communicate efficiently. Teams holds up Information and are able to exchange it through different fields of the hospital. From nurses to doctors to hospital staff, Teams is great benefit to a company role in bettering patient care.
Cons:
The design seems a bit outdated. it is simple but once a certain amount of information in stored the systems seems a bit messy even when combined with other tabs within the software.
Daily Teams user
Comments: MS Teams is an integral part of our company's daily operations.
Pros:
Our company uses MS Teams for much of our collaborative work. It syncs well with Outlook, SharePoint, and Planner allowing us schedule meetings, share work, manage projects, and store files. The screen share function is particularly usuell in combination with Planner and SharePoint.
Cons:
The interface for files copy/move is cumbersome. It suggests recent of favorite locations but does not provide a means to look up a location that is not suggested. A simple file explorer like navigation would easily resolve this.
Teams Review
Comments: I'm not entirely satisfied using teams as you run into frequent issues with respect to voice connectivity.
Pros:
Just like any other messenger. Easy to chat/call with others
Cons:
Sometimes it's very difficult to hear the other person during phone calls. It takes a very long time to connect to teams.
Cloud Meeting Tool!!!
Comments: Elegant and agile cloud meeting scheduling. Real-time BIM/IMM and chats support.
Pros:
Multi-linguigal SSO login tailored with all necessities and modules for team discussion and IMM and chats. Online team meetings and file sharing.
Cons:
Nothing to air since it makes it all with effectiveness.
A great way for online meets and connectivity.
Comments:
I had a very fruitful experience using Microsoft teams :
1. Meeting with people outside/within my organisation.
2. Chats with people in same community
3. Got to meet new people via community sharing same interests.
Pros:
We can set up meetings with any one anywhere. We can create communities according to our topics/groups/fields. Meeting can be organised asper calendar. Easily accessible and available. Can be downloaded in seconds.
Cons:
All is fine as of now. Very easy to use.
A good application compared to others
Comments: Wonderful. I have done a lot of video communication several times, and it has saved me a lot of effort by meeting through the program without the need to go to the work site.
Pros:
I loved the feature of communicating with calls in complete privacy and without the phone number of anyone in the group in the application
Cons:
Only sometimes it suddenly cuts out or the sound cuts out.
